With microneedling, most people experience redness and mild swelling in a similar way as mild sunburn for 24-48 hours. Your skin will feel tight and you may have mild peeling within the first week.

With injections, there may be a minimal pin-point bleeding and/or bruising. In case of mild redness at injection points, this usually subsides completely within 2 hours.

To ensure the right healing environment, for the next 2 to 3 days after the treatment do not apply “active” ingredients to the treated skin. Exposure to sun should also be avoided, unless physical sunblock is used. We can advise you on the right choice of sunblock.
